Pilates is for everyone. You’ll most likely loose a little weight as you tone up. But you’ll look great

Of course you can take it. You’ll most likely loose weight from doing pilates too. Pilates and yoga are for everyone all shapes and sizes! The instructors have been doing pilates/yoga for years, thus resulting in slimming strong bodies.
I am 15. Can I start to have pilates classes?
i’m a little overweight (a size 12/14 UK) can I do pilates or is it only for slim people? I don’t want to do it to loose wieght but to build strenght.

I took a Pilates class in HS and I remember losing the fat and gaining lots of muscle. It’s really good for posture if its done correctly and it helps prevent injuries by making everything stronger and more stable.
