I have had the exact same issue for 8 mnths now. I am 30 and familiar with proper weight procedures etc.. was doing 100kg hack squat without smith machine so was lifting from the ground. On replacing after a set i went ot the side and felt a twinge of pain… put weight down and my injury has become totally debilitating to the point i still am not able to jog more than a few hundred meters, i am very stiff in the glutes and hips, core abs strength is lost..

It may be past the date you’re still seeking feedback but please consider a diagnostic x-ray by a qualified radiologist specializing in the spine.

I strongly advice you to make sure you never do too much with your back. It doesn’t pay for the suffering when you get older like im now.
I’d prefer now don have so much muscle but being able even to make love to my wife without suffering with pain… just make sure you have a good abs to support your back and never do too much… well, good luck.

i have lowerback pain but not all my lowerback, just the right side and its this pain that i only experience while twisting or bending, and i cant run, i’ve been walking everyday and doing yoga for my lower back, however the pain seems to always come back, for example last week i tried leg press at the gym and it hurt my lowerback again all over, i think it might be my nerves that can take the pressure of the weight of the legpress, ive seena doctor and did an MRI scan, please advice.

Hmm I’m 16 years old let’s say bodybuilder. I had lower back pain during whole last year of training, but it was just after some exercises between training and after training there was a bit disturbance, not pain really. When summer came and days became much warmer the pain (it’s not really bad pain) had desapeared. Now, when winter is here again my lower back started to hurt again just as it was before. Could this be just overtraining my back muscles or serious injury that wold need surgery?
